LeadForce, a DBA of KMYERS ENTERPRISES LLC, provides digital marketing services including lead generation, automation systems, follow-up systems, and marketing optimization for local service businesses.

All payments are agreed upon before work begins. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

LeadForce is not responsible for:

• Business results, including leads, sales, or revenue
• Service interruptions
• Errors, delays, or outages caused by third-party platforms

Our services may utilize third-party platforms (including CRM systems, SMS providers, hosting providers, and payment processors). We are not responsible for issues, outages, or data loss related to these third-party services.

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from KMYERS ENTERPRISES LLC (doing business as LeadForce), including:

• Appointment reminders
• Follow-up messages
• Service notifications

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to 941-763-9328. After you send the SMS message "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time.
